Property for a total cost of 15 billion soums to be transferred in the charter capital of CJSC Angren Logistics Center

The Executive Order of May 8, 2012 adopted additional measures to ensure effective operation of JSC Angren Logistics Center. Those include the transfer of property worth 15 billion soums from the balance sheet of OJSC Farg'onaazot to the authorized capital of JSC Angren Logistics Center at the market value. This covers housing and property of the liquidated JSC Rezinotekhnika where OJSC Farg'onaazot carried out reconstruction and conversion works. >>>
